Our Green Garlic is the young garlic in our large plots of Certified Organic produce by EcoCert Canada.  As stated in Bon Appetit: “The immature garlic bulbs and edible green stalks have an amazing nutty-oniony flavor that is great fresh or cooked”.

This is a flavourful addition to your spring/summer cooking just ahead of the garlic scapes. Always wash before preparing and serving.  This is a bunch of garlic.
