Springfield Farms flour milled certified organic oats.  This very fine – gluten free flour – milled in a facility that mills wheat and other small grains we must let you decide if this is for you.  This is our go-to for beautiful tasting scones and baked good! We love growing oats and hope that comes through our flour.
