Every family in Eastern Ontario will tell you that they know where to find wild garlic – but they will never tell you where that is! Just like a Bake Apple patch in Newfoundland, the wild garlic we source is a gift from Mother Nature each spring – and sorry we’re not sharing the location of our patch either!
This is your first batch of Pesto for the season, a jar of picked wild garlic is fit for a hostess gift or simple freeze the garlic bulbs for culinary creations throughout the months.
We practice sustainable harvesting and there is a premium for this product for the short season.
